**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to reach new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted promotional materials and offers
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report on ROI
- Stay within budget and make cost-effective marketing decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and ensure marketing strategies are compliant with relevant regulations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the travel industry
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and ROI growth
- Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms)
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and current market trends
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with content creation (writing, graphic design, video production)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and search engine marketing
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot)
