Ink Technician

**Job Summary**: As a Pad Ink Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and maintaining ink formulations for pad printing operations. You will work closely with the production team to ensure quality and consistency in printed materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and mix pad ink formulations according to specifications.
- Monitor ink quality and viscosity, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of ink usage and formulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Troubleshoot ink-related issues during the printing process.
- Clean and maintain pad printing equipment and work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in training new team members on ink preparation and handling.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in printing technology preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pad Ink Technician or similar role in the printing industry.
- Strong understanding of ink properties and printing processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ink.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
