Job Title: Cafe Housekeeper/Cleaner

Location: Retrieve Health & Wellness, Ernakulam

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the cafe including dining areas, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to established sanitation standards.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
