**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough patient assessments, gathering medical history, vital signs, and current health status.
Identify and communicate any changes in the patient's condition to the medical team.

**Care Planning**:Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and diagnoses.
Ensure that care plans are updated as the patient's condition evolves.

**Patient Care**:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
Provide wound care, monitor intravenous lines, and perform other nursing procedures with precision.

**Patient Education**:Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
Offer guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Ensure timely and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.

**Advocacy and Support**:Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

**Infection Control**:Adhere to infection control practices to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare setting.
Implement proper hygiene and sanitation protocols in patient care.

**Emergency Response**:Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions to stabilize patients.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, nursing practices, and healthcare technologies.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your nursing skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
