Carry out regular inspection & break down maintenance of all the equipment’s like VCB, T/F’s, PCC, MCC panels, HT Vacuum Circuit breakers, LT ACB’S, LT & HT Motors, UPS’s &Fire Panels - Carry out regular inspection & break down maintenance of 11/440 KV Sub Station. - Carry out regular inspection of 300TR & 1000TR Water cooled Chillers. - Carryout regular inspection & Break down maintenance of Starters like DOL & Star delta. - Execution of energy conservation schemes. - Carryout regular inspection of Log Books & PPM Books. - Carryout regular inspection of AHU’s - To follow up with parties for carrying out AMC & Breakdown maintenance activities. - To apprise manager for the requirement of spares and consumables. - Preventive maintenance of 11 KV/0.415KV T/F and VCB and 415 volts ACB and Electrical HV&MV panels - Ensure safety at work place and to check all subordinates to follow safety practices.
