Taking phone calls and describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the Courses.
- Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up.
- Implement and oversee a Course guidance program that provides Clients with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
- Learn students’ names, career objectives and other details so you can better serve them.
- Analytical ability for performing conflicting resolutions and academic advertisements.
- Addressing queries about the courses.
- Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information.
- Inquiring with the Clients and comprehending their specifications.
- Effectively and professionally delivering presentations for large and small groups.
- Performing after-sales follow-up.
- Investigating Clients input and assessing customer happiness.
- Prospecting prior clients for potential sales.
- Working with different departments inside the company to close additional deals.
- Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
- Communicating Verbal acceptance of offers to sales staff for closing deals.
- Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Participating in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
- Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
