**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our Information Technology team and our clients. You will engage with potential leads, understand their software development needs, and facilitate meetings with our technical team. Your primary focus will be on closing deals and generating revenue while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Communicate effectively with leads and clients to understand their software development requirements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and organize online and offline meetings between clients and our backend and technical teams.
- **Sales Process Management**: Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- **Revenue Generation**: Focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather and relay continuous feedback from clients to improve our services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve client issues promptly by creating a quick response team.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
- **Celebratory Culture**: Participate in weekly closing parties with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate software development requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to sales.
