- Generate reports using company-provided tools and software.
- Review intercompany agreements, understand their content, and make changes as instructed by the Tax team.
- Fill out forms accurately and efficiently when required.
- Create contract documents based on provided templates and guidelines.
- Assist with other manual reviews of data and documentation as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of completed tasks and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to understand and follow guidelines provided by the Tax team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with tax compliance and intercompany agreements is a plus, but not required.
- Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US time zone.
