**Key Responsibilities**:
**1*.**Create Compelling Visual Content*: Develop engaging graphics, images, and multimedia content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels to attract and retain audience attention.

**2*. **Design Google Ads*: Develop visually appealing and highly clickable Google Ads that adhere to Google’s ad specifications and guidelines, including search ads, display ads, and responsive display ads, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for the company’s products or services. Utilize strong call-to-action messaging, compelling visuals, and targeted ad copy to optimize ad performance and achieve campaign objectives. Keep abreast of Google Ads best practices and optimization techniques to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.

**3*. **Create Compelling Meta Ads*: Design visually appealing and engaging Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram platforms, including single image ads, carousel ads, video ads, and collection ads, to effectively promote the company’s products or services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad concepts, targeting strategies, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions. Optimize ad creatives based on performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to maximize ad effectiveness and ROI. Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, ad formats, and platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities for ad optimization.

**4*.**Design Social Media Posts*: Create eye-catching social media posts, including static images, carousel posts, infographics, and animated graphics, that align with brand identity and messaging objectives.

**5*.**Develop Brand Assets*: Design and maintain brand assets such as logos, icons, colour palettes, typography styles, and visual elements to ensure consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

**6*.**Optimize Graphics for Social Media Platforms:* Adapt graphics and visual content to fit the specific requirements and dimensions of each social media platform, including aspect ratios, file sizes, and image resolutions.

**7*.**Craft Visual Stories*: Conceptualize and design visual storytelling elements, such as storyboards, illustrations, and animations, to communicate brand narratives and engage audiences effectively.

**8.Design Website Elements**: Create website elements and components, including headers, footers, sliders, buttons, and icons, that enhance the user interface and contribute to a seamless browsing experience.

**9*.**Create Web Banners and Advertisements:* Design web banners, display ads, and promotional graphics for online advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

**10**.**Stay Updated on Design Trends**: Keep abreast of emerging design trends, user interface patterns, and best practices in web and social media design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

**11**.**Collaborate with Marketing Teams**: Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audience demographics, and content strategy, and translate these insights into visually impactful design solutions that drive engagement and conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Three or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.
- Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Willingness to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and platforms, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development to stay ahead in the rapidly changing digital landscape
