Founder's Associate

At Vidcare, we are pioneering a new era of healthcare transformation. We develop easy to use, portable health tests to make diagnostic testing convenient, accessible and available to anyone, anywhere, anytime. This enables patients, their family or healthcare workers to monitor existing health conditions and screen for infections at patient's home rather than in a lab. Results can immediately be shared with the doctor to help make much faster clinical decisions.

With this aim, we are looking for a talented, energetic go-getter who share our core values and goal, for joining Founders’ Office at Vidcare. He/she will be responsible for working directly with the founder on all operational areas including hiring, business development, manufacturing etc., according to its strategic direction and growth objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Create investor updates, pitch decks, speeches, conference submissions, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Connecting and engaging with stakeholders, building relationships and be a key point for public outreach
- Act as the communication arm for the Founder with team members, clients, investors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Engage with other department executives and ensure all processes are followed
- Other responsibilities include strategy, investor engagement, recruitments etc.
- Since, Vidcare is a startup, the interested person is expected to work on other aspects of business as well from time to time.
- Would expect to transition to a CXO role over time, as the company grows

**Requirements**:

- Radical Accountability to run the vertical like own business
- Incredible detail orientation and process thinking.
- Excellent delivery of Presentations and Marketing content
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to comprehend technical and scientific nuances and simplify it for the customers, stakeholders etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
