**Patient Care**

Provide direct care to patients, ensuring comfort and safety during their stay in the hospital.

**Monitor Vitals Before and After Panchakarma Treatment and when ever required**
- Pre-Treatment: Check and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature to ensure that the patient is fit for Panchakarma treatment.
- Post-Treatment: Monitor the same vital signs to assess the patient’s response to the treatment and identify any adverse reactions.
- Keep detailed records of these observations and report any abnormalities to the doctor.

**Administer Medication/IV/Injections**
- Administer patient's ongoing allopathic medications as prescribed by doctors, ensuring that all procedures align with the hospital’s guidelines.
- Accurately document the administration of these medications and ensure that patients receive the correct medication at the right intervals.

**Educate Patients About Hygiene**

**Monitor and Record Patient Vital Signs, Symptoms, and Progress**
- Continuously monitor the patient's vital signs and symptoms throughout their stay, keeping detailed records of any changes or developments.
- Maintain clear and organized patient records, including progress reports, which are shared with the doctors for further evaluation

**Basic Nursing Care**

**Wound Care**: Clean, dress, and manage wounds using appropriate medical materials, ensuring proper healing. This includes minor injuries or post-procedure care.

**Sanitation and Hygiene**

**Sterilization and Autoclaving Sterilization Procedures**:Operate and maintain autoclaves and other sterilization equipment to ensure that all surgical instruments, dressing materials, and other medical tools are thoroughly sterilized before use.
**Infection Control**: Ensure all equipment used in treatments, especially Panchakarma and other therapies, is sterile and safe for patients.

**Administration of Medicine (Allopathy )**

**Allopathy Medication**: Administer conventional (allopathic) medicines when prescribed by consulting doctors or during emergency situations, ensuring correct dosages and timings.

**Primary Examination of Inpatients (IP) and Outpatients (OP)**
**Initial Assessment**: Conduct primary health assessments, including checking vital signs, patient history, and basic physical examinations for all inpatients and out patients.

**Administration of Emergency Medicine** (After Consulting with Apollo Home Care Doctor)

**Emergency Care**: In case of an emergency, administer first-line emergency medication such as antipyretics, analgesics, or other urgent treatments after consulting with the Apollo Home Care doctor.

**Rapid Response**: Act quickly to stabilize patients in critical situations, ensuring they receive appropriate care until further medical intervention is available.
