**Job Overview**:
As an Academic Counselor for overseas higher education courses, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique needs and career goals of individuals and provide them with personalized guidance on selecting the right Upgrad/other overseas course. You will be a key point of contact between Imminent Technologies LLP and its students, ensuring a smooth enrollment process and ongoing support throughout their learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Consultation**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their educational and career objectives.
- Provide detailed information about many overseas education courses, curriculum, and industry partnerships.
- Assist students in choosing the most suitable course based on their background, aspirations, and industry trends.

2. **Enrollment Assistance**:

- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of admission requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for students.

3. **Course Orientation**:

- Conduct orientation sessions for enrolled students to familiarize them with the course structure, learning resources, and support services available.
- Address any queries or concerns to ensure students are well-prepared for their learning journey.

4. **Progress Monitoring**:

- Regularly check in with students to monitor their academic progress and address any challenges they may encounter.
- Collaborate with academic support teams to provide timely interventions and assistance to struggling students.

5. **Career Guidance**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant career advice to students.
- Collaborate with career services to assist students in preparing for job placements post-completion of the course.

6. **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from students to continually improve the quality of Upgrad's courses and services.
- Share insights with the product and curriculum development teams to enhance the overall learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of online education platforms and trends.
- Previous experience in academic counseling or education advisory roles is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
