**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an IPR Trainer. The IPR Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). They will develop training programs, deliver presentations, and provide guidance on IPR concepts and practices. The IPR Trainer will also assess the training needs of individuals and organizations, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training programs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- IPR certification or relevant training is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
