**Introduction**:
As a Banquet Steward, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events and banquets. Your meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to maintaining high standards contribute significantly to the success of our events and the overall guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Breakdown**: Efficiently set up and break down banquet and event spaces according to specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and manage banquet supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring an adequate stock is available for each event.
- **Cleanliness**: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in banquet areas, including tables, chairs, utensils, and serving equipment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the culinary and service teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination during events.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.
- **Assistance**: Provide support to banquet and catering staff as needed, including helping with service and replenishing supplies.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure all elements of event setup meet high standards.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with team members and the ability to take direction well.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to meet event setup deadlines and respond to last-minute changes.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
