Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. As soon as visitors arrive at the workplace, extend a warm greeting to them.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
3. Answer, examine, and transfer incoming calls.
4.Make sure the reception area is neat and presentable and has all the supplies and stationery that are required.
6.Maintain office security by abiding by safety protocols and limiting access at the front desk (registration, observing visitors, etc.)
7.Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
8.Update calendars and schedule meetings.
9.Added clerical receptionist duties include filing, taking prints, and scanning.
Skills Required:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive.
2. Must have be proficient in English, Tulu and Kannada.
3. Must be a graduate.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Hands-on experience with office equipment (computers and printers).
6. Professional attitude and appearance.
7. The capacity to respond proactively and creatively when problems occur.
8. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
9. Strong organisational abilities.
10. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
