ROLE DESCRIPTION- The APO GATP Lead role is a critical role related to implementation of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of Order confirmation and availability functions in a project.- The following are key responsibilities Architecting, designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP APO GATP in customer organizations.- Mentoring Junior APO Team members within the Organization on APO GATPDrive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO GATP and reduce the overall cost to serve.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- At least 10 years of experience in SAP planning solutions like APO and IBPAt least 5 years of experience in SAP APO GATP modulesAt least 2 end to end APO GATP implementations not including rollouts Experience in SAP S4 AATP and SAP certification would be an added advantage.

PROCESS KNOWLEDGE- Deep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning, familiarity or expertise with SCOR model is preferred, technology agnosticExpertise in atleast 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE- Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP APO with expertise in GATP.Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.Ability to architect a solution using APO GATP while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with ERP systems.- Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations Good level of functional expertise in Core interface i.e. CIFAbility to write complex functional logic in CIF customizations.Ability to configure and set up settings or profiles needed for GATP.- Expertise in Characteristic dependent planning i.e. CDP or Variant configuration would be a very big advantage Very good understanding of ECC Master data specifically around Production Planning i.e. PP and Sales and Distribution i.e. SDBasic understanding and knowledge of SAP SD.- HANDS ON EXPERIENCE AND DEEP EXPERTISE Back order processing Rules based ATP Allocations MATP and CTP Ability to articulate advantages or additional functionalities of GATP over ATP in ECC Ability to articulate advantages or additional functionalities of AATP in S4 over APO GATP Integration with APO DP i.e. Allocations and PPDS.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
