Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description:
The HK (Housekeeping) Supervisor at Workafella oversees and coordinates the housekeeping operations within the facility. They ensure that the coworking space is maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times, creating a pleasant and productive environment for members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the coworking space are cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or external vendors to promptly address any repair or maintenance issues.
- Monitor the general condition of the facility and report any issues to the appropriate department or management.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
- Monitor member feedback regarding cleanliness and address any concerns or complaints on time.
- Conduct periodic audits to evaluate the performance of the housekeeping team and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and member services, to address member needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial supervision, preferably in a hospitality or coworking environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
- Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
