Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
- Handling Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, screen, and forward calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Visitor Coordination: Maintain the visitor logbook and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
- Mail & Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and scheduling meetings.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage the office inventory, ordering supplies when needed.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate information about the company, answer inquiries, and resolve any visitor concerns.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Professional Appearance: A well-groomed and presentable appearance with a courteous demeanor.
- Multitasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize work effectively.
