Duty Doctor

**We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Duty Doctor to join our healthcare team in Mangalore. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients, managing emergencies, and ensuring the smooth operation of medical services during their assigned shifts.

- Assess and diagnose patients’ medical conditions promptly.
- Administer appropriate treatment and medications.
- Monitor and manage patients admitted to the hospital.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Stabilize and manage critical patients before further intervention.
- Coordinate with the emergency response team for timely and efficient care.
- ** Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Document treatment plans, medications prescribed, and other relevant information.
- Provide timely and clear handover reports to the next shift or medical staff.
- ** Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in medical rounds and case discussions.
