**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhidham for a Head of Physics at Guru's Academy.

The Head of Physics shall be responsible for handling the most important batches as their lead teacher and mentor.

He/ She will lead a team of physics teachers, oversee the physics curriculum, and ensure that students receive high-quality education.

He/ She shall collaborate with other department heads to create a comprehensive academic program and develop innovative teaching strategies.

He/ She shall be responsible to monitor and track student progress and provide feedback and support.

He/ She should communicate effectively with parent or guardian regarding students' progress.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a related field.

Prior experience of atleast 6 years in teaching Physics at JEE Mains & Advanced level.

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Passion for and commitment to high-quality education.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
