Bodyshop Supervisor

Ensure all Painter/Denter/Technicians are appropriately dressed and ready for work on time.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workshop floor and safe working condition.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
- Ensure Allocation of manpower as per repair work and competency.
- Track repair work progress of the vehicle and supervise Denter/painter/technicians.
- Keep service manager and advisors constantly informed about work progress, delay and additional workload.
- Coordinate with spar parts for parts procurement.
- Ensure implementation of repair process at every stage as per standards to ensure quality of vehicle repairs.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/mechanical engineering

Experience: Min 2 year in the same field

**Salary**: Up to 22000

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
