**Business Unit Details**:
Colombia is a Smart Publisher Platform that assists Digital Publishers with better ads and improved user engagement. With advanced Machine Learning and access to deep understanding of millions of users this is often used for performance advertising, content personalization and low latency / lighter site experience.
- Colombia Audience Network is an exclusive premium audience network of the leading digital publishers in India, including all of the Times Internet properties. With more than 400 million users this offers to advertisers brand safe performance on premium inventory at scale.

**Role: Data Scientist**

**Location - Noida**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement state-of-the-art AIML models to solve complex problems related to advertising technology business, including CTR optimization, recommendation, and lookalike modeling.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AIML models to ensure they are meeting business goals and objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building AIML models for advertising technology businesses.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with large language models like BERT, miML and other transformers based encoding models etc.
- Experience with traditional machine learning like bagging, boosting algorithms.
- Experiments with deep learning architecture like seq to seq, LSTM, CNN etc.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
