Job Description: As a ICU Staff Nurse at Sai Deepa Hospitals, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality healthcare services. This role involves clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to changes in their condition.
Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
Recording patient progress, medications administered, and any changes in their condition.
Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Collaboration: Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
Communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Patient Advocacy: Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are met.
Assisting in addressing any patient concerns or complaints.
Infection Control: Adhering to infection control practices and protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications:
Current and valid nursing license in [Specify State/Country].
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
