Education Background

Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the financial services preferably in the MF industry.

Critical Skills Required

Good Communication Skills, Multi Tasking, Time Management, Sound knowledge on MF operations
Customer orientation, Problem Solving

**C. Role Purpose**

a) Responsible to provide quality customer service to customers/Distributors. b) To perform operational activities in accordance with the agreed guidelines c) Cross Selling

**D. Key Accountabilities**

b) Provide High Quality Customer Service and ensuring customer delight
b) Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor need
c) To ensure updation of reconciliation records and revert to HO for reconciliation queries within 24 hours.
d) To co-ordinate with the local bank branches during new product launches
e) Transactions are processed with zero level error.
f) Interacting with CAMS on daily basis
g) Responsible for Cross selling of the products and retention of the customers
h) Manage irate customers
i) Taking care of Administration activities
