**Cold Storage Management**:

- Oversee the operation of cold storage areas, ensuring that all ice cream and frozen products are stored at the appropriate temperature (typically between -18°C to -22°C) to maintain product quality and safety.
- Monitor temperature controls, ensuring consistent and reliable cooling in the cold room.
- Regularly check temperature logs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Organize and rotate stock within the cold room to ensure the "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) method is followed and that older stock is used first.
- Track and report inventory levels, noting any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Assist in stock counts and support regular inventory audits as required.
- **Loading & Unloading**:

- Safely unload incoming deliveries of ice cream and other frozen products, ensuring products are stored correctly in the cold room.
- Prepare and organize stock for dispatch, ensuring the correct products are pulled for customer orders and delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed, ensuring that products are safely handled during transit.
- **Product Handling**:

- Handle ice cream and frozen goods carefully to avoid damage, contamination, or spoilage.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the cold room to prevent contamination and ensure easy access to inventory.
- Ensure that all packaging remains intact and that products are stored properly to prevent freezer burn or other quality issues.
- **Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of cold room areas and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as equipment malfunctions (e.g., refrigeration failure) or damage to stock, to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that cold room shelving, storage racks, and equipment are kept in good working condition.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and local health regulations, including proper handling of frozen products and maintaining temperature records.
- Wear appropriate protective gear, including insulated clothing, gloves, and footwear, to ensure safety and comfort while working in cold environments.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe handling, storage, and dispatch of frozen goods.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the warehouse team, dispatch team, and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding inventory levels, cold room conditions, and product availability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
