**Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape within the assigned category.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the category, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning.
- **Product Management**: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product selection and development to inventory management and SKU rationalization.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of category objectives and strategies.
- **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and availability of products within the category.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by developing sales collateral, conducting product training, and assisting with customer presentations as needed.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, including sales, margins, and market share, and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
- **New Product Introduction**: Identify opportunities for new product development within the category and work with product development teams to bring new products to market.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the category budget, including forecasting sales and expenses, and ensuring that financial targets are met.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
