Female Physiotherapist

Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to understand their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- **Treatment Execution**:

- Provide individualized physiotherapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities as directed by senior physiotherapists.
- Assist in implementing treatment protocols and ensuring patient compliance.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families on exercises, posture, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to promote better long-term health outcomes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, noting treatment progress and adjustments.
- Prepare reports and update senior therapists on patients' progress and challenges.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including senior physiotherapists, physicians, and administrative staff, to ensure quality care.
- Assist in coordinating patient flow and clinic activities.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices.
- **Clinic Maintenance**:

- Ensure treatment areas are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary equipment.
- Adhere to clinic policies, including health and safety guidelines, and help maintain a positive environment for patients and colleagues.
