**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To perform routine accounting entries in tally and to prepare correct financial statements like Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow. Maintaining accounts meticulously routinely.
- To carryout Foreign Payment Management by coordinating with customers and bank. To ensure the Foreign payment related compliances and accordingly complete documentation with bank.
- To coordinate with internal team towards raising service invoices timely to customers.
- To do communication with customers freqeuntly to resolve any payment related clarifications/ issues.
- To do followup with customers for getting payments timely.
- To ensure timely Statutory Compliances.
- Must have knowledge for TDS, GST return filing and other indirect and direct taxation related compliances.
- To coordinate for budgeting exercise and provide budget vs actual variances to management with data analysis.
- Coordination with various assoiciates like internal and statutory auditors, company secretary and other consultants for completion of timely audits.
- To act promptly on audit findings and ensure compliance.
- To initiate purchase orders as per need of company, do followup with vendors, keep track of payables, keep track of assets/ items received.
- To strengthen the system of accounting
- To prepare and analyse various Management reports for debtors, creditors, revenue, expenses, variances against budget.
- To explore possible schemes / benefits given to startup/ IT sector from state and central government.
- To take care of accounts, Handling Statutory & Internal Auditor, Knowledge of Tally software ,TDS and GST working and filing returns, preparing and finalising book of account like P & L, B/S, Cash Flow statement and routine MIS Report, Raising Purchase orders and service invoices, Communication with foreign customers.
- Experience of working with IT company shall be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Accounts Executive
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally)
