Job Summary:
As the Incharge Mixing & Lab at SEPL, You will play a crucial role in ensuring Mixing ,QC lab activities and driving operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Plant Head.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling Compound development and execution of trials.

Responsible for Rubber compound Rejection analysis, Rework Action and CAPA.

Responsible for QC Lab testing activities ( Tensile,Elongation,Hardness,Rheometer etc).

Ensure testing to be performed in accordance with ASTM/BIS and customer specific standards.

Responsible for inward inspection ( Chemicals,Fillers,Oil,Polymer etc) in line with defined procedure.

Responsible for preparation of documents in line with ISO/IATF under guidance of MR/Plant Head.

System implementation and execution for Mixing & Lab in line with ISO/IATF.

Responsible for active participation in New compound development,trial and reporting the results in stipulated time frame.

Providing inputs to improve overall Mixing process.

Qualifications and Experience:
BE/Diploma in Rubber Technology,BSC in Chemical.

Proven experience of minimum 6-8 years especially within the rubber product manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of Rubber Mixing Process,Compounding,Lab Testing etc.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in using software systems ( Tally,ERP etc)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
