You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
**Warehouse Manager Responsibilities**:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, as well as with the hub team.

- Able to maintain a zero-variance inventory level in all key account hubs and monitor that all related documents and files are maintained as per the client process and policy.
- should monitor the delivery part, like IOD, POD delivery accuracy as per TAT, etc., and proactively intervene where ever a gap is highlighted to arrest the same with minimum turn-around time.
- A regular stock audit and process audit should be done in all hubs by visiting the hubs.
- A monthly review of hub performance will be submitted to the next level of management.
**Warehouse Manager Requirements**:
- Any bachelor's degree or master's degree
