**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Delivering high-quality teaching of Mathematics to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- **Curriculum Development**: Contributing to the development and refinement of the Mathematics curriculum.
- **Assessment**: Designing and administering assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- **Student Support**: Providing guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom while fostering a positive learning environment.
- **Professional Development**: Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of developments in the field of Mathematics education.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Participating in extracurricular activities such as mathematics clubs or competitions to enrich the learning experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is typically required.
- **Teaching Qualification**: A recognized teaching qualification or certification is usually necessary.
- **Experience**: Prior experience teaching Mathematics at the postgraduate level is often preferred.
- **Subject Knowledge**: A deep understanding of Mathematics concepts and principles across various levels of education.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex mathematical concepts to students.
