**Job Title**: Microsoft Security Solutions Architect / Technical Lead

**Location**:Bangalore, India (Remote)

We specialize in Managed Security Services, Penetration Testing, Compliance Support, and Value-Added Reselling. With operations in Toronto, Canada, and Bangalore, India, we are expanding our service offerings by integrating Microsoft Security solutions to better serve our clients in both regions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Security Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to join our team. This role is critical in developing and overseeing the delivery of our new service vertical centered around Microsoft Security solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions using Microsoft technologies, as well as leading a team of cybersecurity professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Solution Architecture and Implementation
- Technical Leadership: ○ Lead the technical strategy for the new service offerings. ○ Develop standardized deployment methodologies and best practices.

2. Technical Enablement and Compliance
- Achieve Microsoft Competencies: ○ Lead efforts to attain Microsoft Security competencies required for partnership status. ○ Ensure compliance with all technical requirements of the Microsoft Partner Network.
- Certifications and Training: ○ Obtain relevant Microsoft certifications and encourage team members to do the same. ○ Stay updated on the latest Microsoft security technologies and industry trends.

3. Team Development and Mentorship
- Training and Development: ○ Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on Microsoft Security solutions. ○ Mentor junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Recruitment Support: ○ Assist in hiring additional team members as the service vertical grows

4. Pre-Sales and Client Engagement
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: ○ Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations. ○ Assist in crafting technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
- Client Consulting: ○ Engage with clients to understand their security needs and tailor solutions accordingly. ○ Provide high-level consultancy and advisory services.

5. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Process Optimization: ○ Establish processes for continuous monitoring and improvement of service delivery. ○ Implement automation and orchestration to enhance efficiency. -Security Best Practices: ○ Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards.

**Qualifications Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.

**Experience**
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Security solutions.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Experience working within an MSSP or similar environment is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**
- Microsoft Security Expertise: ○ Proficient in Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, and Cloud Apps. ○ Experience with Azure Security Center and Azure Active Directory.
- Certifications: ○ Mandatory: ■ Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate ■ Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate ○ Preferred: ■ Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate ■ Other relevant Microsoft certifications
- Additional Technical Skills: ○ Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies. ○ Knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection. ○ Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS

**Soft Skills**
- Leadership and Mentoring: ○ Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams. ○ Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Communication Skills: ○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ○ Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: ○ Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset. ○ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Project Management: ○ Experience in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables. ○ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Other Requirements**
- Location Flexibility: ○ Based in Bangalore, India, with the ability to work remotely. ○ Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or team gatherings.
