**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Development Security Operations Engineer to:

- work as a part of an agile pod (team)
- engineer and operate on a zero touch basis to the principle of "everything as code"
- determine the reliability of our SDLC and help the agile pod deliver faster, safer and whilst acting as gatekeeper on the operational costs
- enable Continuous Integration, Delivery, Test and Support
- ensure that all infra is policy compliant
- call out risks and seek to address them
- Select, implement & introduce best in class technologies & practices to keep SDLC optimal and current
- work hand in hand with the SRE to minimize the risk and impact of failures by engineering operational improvements, such as predictive monitoring, auto scaling or self-healing
- left shift as much learnings from production to development as possible
- respond to production incidents to gain first-hand experience of operational hotspots and to identify the root causes of problems
- collect and analyze operational data, define and monitor key metrics to identify and communicate areas for improvement-
**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the GOTO HRCS Comms and Branding team focusing on bringing as much insight data as possible to inform marketers and sales on the best omni-channel marketing.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3 years of experience in a similar position focused within the finance sector
- interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
- strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
- polyglot developer - can pick up a new programming language or paradigm in a few days
- azure Certified and deep understanding of infrastructure and networks
- terraform hands on and complex Deployment pipeline experience
- (preferrable) Gitlab Certified
- (preferrable) Experience of designing SDLC processes
- #LI-SS1
