**Your field of responsibility**

You will have the opportunity to work on Java/J2EE technologies with a deep understanding of various business goals and needs with respect to Records and Information Management.
- Will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing & support using standard processes and work on online architecture interacting with front end technologies
- Will be responsible for developing architecture and delivering solutions to complex problems along with taking decisions on the same
- Will be accountable for preparation & review of artefacts related to solution design, delivery & testing using defined methodologies
- Will be completely responsible for all deliverables of self & team
- Will be accountable for work planning & resolving all issues of the team
- Will be responsible for coordinating with various teams - Application owners, Business analysts, Requirement engineers & other project teams
- Ensure delivery as per budget & schedule & quality
- Participate in technology and functional planning processes to help in building development standards and solutions for the enterprise
- Prepare & present approaches & solutions to collaborators to make the right impact
- Prepare various project reports & matrix

**Your skills and experience**
- A Graduate with a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in Java/J2EE technologies with excellent technical skills in most of the below points
- Java/J2EE Development, Application server weblogic/websphere, Spring Framework & Spring Boot, Angular, Java Script & CSS, GIT and Jenkins, and SQL & Oracle DBs
- Contribute to designing and developing scalable, maintainable records management solution for the Banks
- Providing support/maintenance, quick fixes, issue resolution, deployment & business support
- Working with collaborators to understand short and long term business needs and develop enterprise-wide solutions for the above area
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality with a can-do attitude and a track record of solving complex challenge
- Dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
- Flexible to hold calls to support differing business hours globally including India and CH
- Plan, delegate, track, monitor, guide & drive team for successful deliveries of work packages
- Strong people management skills keeping team motivated along with cross-skilling & upskilling team members
- Knowledge of MQ, FTPS & Web Services is a good to have
- Experience in Cloud (Azure) and Red Hat Openshift is good to have
- Willingness to learn new records management technologies such as FileNet and OpenText/Info Archive and use them as per the needs of the bank
