**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- **Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical**:

- **Distribution methodology (Depth & Width of distribution)**
- **Product demonstrations to maximize business in a retail environment**
- **Training delivery on Products, Processes and Systems of Telecom sales process and latest sales, retail industry, Telecom Industry, techniques & methodologies**
- **Facilitate Classroom Training's & Extend Support to new hire for various roles**
- **Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language To demonstrate products to customers and help customers choose right products**
- **Understanding of business and productivity targets and measures to achieve the same To resolve customer concerns and improve customer relationship.**
- **Work in collaboration with Team to achieve the goal.**
- **Qualification - Graduation in any stream.**
- **Experience - Must be from the Telecom background with prior experience as the domain Trainer in a Skill development project.**
- **Certified with TOT.**
- **Salary - Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000**

**Location - Tinsukia (Assam)**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
