company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. The company is promoted by the Automotive
Research Association of India (ARAI). ARAI-Advance Mobility Transformation & Innovation Foundation(AMTIF) is
also engaged into implementing industrial research and development programmes, to facilitate enabling
ecosystem for industrial innovation and technology start-ups through policy research and recommendations and
to build capacities in industry and technology-startups through training, advisory services in the areas of research
and development, technology transfer, intellectual property rights etc.

Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Startup/Incubation/Innovation domain is desirable.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any Technical / Engineering discipline
- Any other additional Project Management Certification /Course / Qualification will be a plus.

**Job Description**:

- Support and Assist the team to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Support team on multiple projects under the Acceleration and Incubation programs
- Prepare, Review & Manage trackers of projects using project management tools on day-to-day basis
- Plan, Co-ordinate and Conduct the various activities for Technical, Financial & Project Reviews
- Support the startups / innovators for on boarding and regular operations under Incubation program
- Support the team in documentation, coordination and monitoring of projects under various programs
- Support the team in the planning, coordination & conduction of events, outreach / awareness programs
- Organization & management of various activities under incubation program for startups-based projects.

**Skills**:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Project Management Methods and Tools
- Proficiency in Communication (Written and Verbal Communication / Technical Writing / Drafting)
- Proficiency in Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management / networking skills
- Fair understanding of emerging technologies will be preferred
- Overall Understanding of technology and business will be preferred.
- Experience and Exposure to startup ecosystem, willingness to work with startups will be preferred.

Compensation: Suitable remuneration will be offered based on experience & qualification.
