He or she collaborates with COE teams to refine reporting and analysis and review learning s to recommend tactic optimizations. This role is a champion for data integrity and understands how data flows through RSM systems, bringing the right data sets to the table to answer questions or deliver effective reports.

**Essential Duties**

General responsibilities:

- Awareness of digital marketing channels, marketing strategies and CMG business goals
- Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines, communicating with extended team members effectively to ensure clarity
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve process or data effectiveness/efficiencies and e levate to appropriate leaders
- Champion data literacy across CMG
- Actively seek out and participate in skills development training, as defined by career development goals

**Data analysis, **insight **and reporting responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly performance reporting for demand-generation campaigns
- Provide critical thinking on data requests and deliverables
- Understand RSM and industry channel benchmarks when preparing analysis, focus optimization efforts on meaningful deviations
- Review regular performance reports to validate and consider cross-enterprise trends/anomalies
- Manage or contribute to special request s for performance reports or data analysis for digital marketing programming
- Stay current on changing trends in data analysis, marketing performance and data regulations
- Develop awareness of data flows and Martech integrations at RSM to advance analysis and ensure reporting and analysis is an accurate reflection of available data

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, computer science or data science, or 4 years equivalent business experience

**TECHNICAL/SOFT **SKILLS**
- Proficient understanding of multichannel sales and marketing strategy
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools, required ( ( ie PowerBI. Excel, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Domo, etc )
- Understanding of enterprise marketing tech stack (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Dynamics CRM, HootSuite, Google, SEMrush, etc )

**EXPERIENCE**
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing or business analytics roles, with a preference for large organization or professional services experience
- Ability to communicate data stories effectively to a variety of audiences

**LEADERSHIP **SKILLS**
- Able to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
