- **Network Administration**:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- ** Server Management**:

- Manage and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures.
- Ensure server security through regular updates and patches.
- ** User Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets within specified timeframes.
- Conduct user training on IT systems and best practices.
- ** Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce IT security policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- ** System Administration**:

- Administer and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- ** Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Create user guides and documentation for troubleshooting.
- Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Disaster Recovery Planning**:

- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.
- Conduct regular tests of the disaster recovery plan.
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are effective.
- ** Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for IT services and products.

**Requirements**:
**3 years experience in IT Administration.**

**Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, information systems, or similar.
