**Job description**

CNICS is looking for a Purchase Executive who can support the day-to-day operations of the procurement department. Previous experience in Supply Chain is preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify specifications, quantities, and prices to ensure alignment with organisational requirements.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure performance meets expectations.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time receipt of goods.
- Communicate proactively with vendors to address and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain a calendar to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as operation, ecommerce, warehouse, and finance, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand and assist with tasks.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure received goods meet specified standards.
- Address any quality issues with vendors and implement corrective actions.
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
- A clear communicator, knowing how to approach different situations. Being able to handle complex situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
- Good IT skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years
