We are seeking a knowledgeable Indirect Tax Advocate to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, appeals, written submissions, replies, and other relevant pleadings for cases to be presented before CESTAT and High Court.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases to gather relevant information and support legal arguments.
- Conduct research on indirect tax laws, rulings, notifications, and circulars to stay updated on changes and developments in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year exprience in drafting the matter before CESTAT and High Court.
- Have a basic knowledge in the field of indirect taxation i.e. Central Excise, Service Tax, Custom and GST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with relevant statutes, notifications, circulars, and case laws pertaining to indirect taxation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Indirect tax: 1 year (required)
