- Experience in handling Hotel Banquet Sales, Venue Manager, Events
- Handling Business Growth for the company in the field of Events & Weddings.
- Should be familiar in Weddings, specially focused on Destination weddings, weddings management, wedding décor.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means can work Independently
- Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels, from clients to vendors to team members
- Should be Street Smart
- Have a positive and adaptable attitude
- Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition
- Should be someone with excellent administrative skills
- Be able to handle a team & Possess an eye for detail
