**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Designation: GM Sales
Department: Sales
Reporting Authority : Director
Experience : 5 to 6 year (Saree's Preferable)
Location: Surat
Salary : 7L- 12L
**SKILLS**: Excellent negotiation and convincing skills, Selling Skills, Leadership skills
, Team management, Textile market understanding
Prior experience in the Textile industry-specific to Saree will be preferred
Prior sales touring done in different territories
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to archieve Sales Targets and provide sales training to the team
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and also Opening new territories and getting the expected sales onboard.
Doing analysis of each customer and market requirements, and discuss same with management to ensure getting production as per demand in the market to ensure brand consistency and increase the sales
Do Reference check for new client and agent & Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
Ensure smooth functioning of the sales process and SOP & train and lead the Sales Team
Attending the Customers and ensuring they get excellent Sales & Service (Pre sales & Post Sales) payment Followup as per agreed Terms & Conditions
**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
