B.Sc Nursing with 1-2 years experience

The delivering of lecture is strictly from our office at Faridkot office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with nursing students to enhance their understanding of key nursing concepts and principles.
- Assessing students' learning needs and developing personalized study plans and strategies to address their individual requirements.
- Providing comprehensive explanations, demonstrations, and examples to clarify complex nursing topics and ensure students grasp the material effectively.
- Assisting students in reviewing and practicing exam-related content, including but not limited to anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, nursing procedures, and medical terminology.
- Offering guidance on study techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies to help students improve their performance in nursing competitive exams.
- Monitoring students' progress, identifying areas of weakness, and implementing appropriate interventions to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Recommending and utilizing relevant educational resources, such as textbooks, online materials, practice exams, and simulation tools, to supplement students' learning experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest nursing exam formats, content changes, and industry trends to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant information to students.
- Collaborating with other nursing tutors and faculty members to exchange best practices, share resources, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the tutoring program.
- Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and feedback to support evaluation and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing tutor or in a related teaching role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing concepts, theories, and practices.
- Familiarity with nursing competitive exams and their requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient tutoring sessions and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in tutoring practices.
- Current nursing license or certification is a plus.
