Company Profile: Pillcraft is an Ayurvedic Medicine company based in Mumbai. We make medicines for various indications like pain management, sleep, and vigor. We are looking for suitable Sales Managers to expand our area of operation.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build relationships with doctors.
- Provide market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordination with other team members & distributors.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Manage a team of MRs.
**Eligibility**:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- **5+ years** of sales experience in the pharmaceutical & B2B Pharma.
- Strong knowledge of General products and Pain Management
- Proven track record of **achieving sales targets**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in English speaking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
