Relationship building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers is an important part of an inside telesales girl's role. This involves building trust, addressing any concerns or questions that the customer may have, and following up with them regularly.

Meeting targets: An inside telesales girl is typically given sales targets that they are expected to meet. This requires a proactive approach to lead generation, effective sales techniques, and a focus on closing deals.

Product knowledge: A good inside telesales girl needs to have a good understanding of the product or service they are selling in order to effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers. This requires ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with changes and updates.

Data management: An inside telesales girl needs to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions. This requires good organizational and administrative skills, as well as proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
