Executive Chef

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and ensuring the highest level of culinary excellence. **Duties**:

- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Plan and develop menus that align with our culinary vision and meet customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and production to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events or catering services
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in culinary techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
