**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients interested in stock market services.
- Communicate effectively to explain the company's stock market products and services.
- Promote investment opportunities and provide basic information to clients.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through telephonic conversations and other appropriate channels.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass on to the sales team.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and their interests.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Follow up with existing clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
- Provide information on market trends, stock performance, and investment strategies.
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Data Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience as a telecaller or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in the stock market and financial products is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Target Orientation**:

- Goal-driven with a focus on achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- **Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- **Technology Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
