**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Executive. The primary responsibility of the Field Executive will be to engage with school management personnel to promote and encourage participation in the Eduno International Olympiad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on education and contribute to the success of our prestigious event.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit schools within the designated territory to present information about the Eduno International Olympiad.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and teachers to secure participation in the Olympiad.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and value proposition of the Olympiad to school stakeholders in both Hindi and English.
- Demonstrate excellent dressing sense and professionalism during interactions with school personnel.
- Utilize knowledge of Excel to maintain accurate records and reports of outreach activities and progress.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth implementation of the Olympiad registration process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining records and reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
