3. Research Competition Retail Brands Present There And Understand Their Business Dynamics.

4. Rental Benchmarking.

5. Property Assessment - Gather Information And Assess The Property To Understand Its Strengths And Challenges.

6. Property Attributes - Dimensions And Layout To Assess Seating Capacity.

7. Availability Of Services And Challenges.

8. Property Quality - Age, Construction Etc. Run The Real Estate Evaluation Model To Arrive At Property Score.

9. Presentation For Approval to HO - Liaison With Landlord And Legal Team To Acquire The Property For the company

10. Letter Of Intent Execution

11. Lease Agreement Execution

12. Registration

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
