**In process analysis at different stages in VP Refinery, blend preparation, analysis of FG Blending
tanks before filling, online sample testing and quality clearance of Specialty oil Blends.
Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:
? Coordination with Production Officers for requirement of base stock as per production planning.
? To test the intermediate and finished product as per ISI method of measurement.
? To maintain the Specialty section as per FSSC-22000 standards
? To check the process parameters of Margarine and Bakery as per co. standards.
? Test and clear all Blends of VP & Refined oil as per co.standard & statuary requirements before packing
? To prepare the shift report, Daily MIS, Plan Vs Actual, Dispatchable Status etc. Mis daily.
? Give toolbox talk, food safety awareness and training on shop floor.
? Check and ensure the parameters of Kombinator /Machines/cold room etc. are as per standards.
? Doing RCA and CAPA for PM wastage and market complaints.

? Making blend for 90 -100 Mt daily, according to plan.
? Improve in consistency of blending and SFC,results reduction in quality complaints.
? Indorse GHP/5S/Safety culture in specialty plant.

Reporting of Safety, Food Safety, near miss /hazard
5S implementation in Specialty plant
Reduction in quality complaints.
Reduction in PM wastage.
Major Opportunities and Decisions (Describe the more difficult and/or complex challenges or opportunities and
decisions faced in doing work, improving processes or meeting customer needs. Where must position focus to be
successful?):
Trans Fatty Acid (TFA) & Solid Fat Contents (SFC) OF BAKERY STUFF.
R & D trials and implementation of new formulation.
Commissioning of new machines and its stabilization.
Management/Leadership (Describe the level of management and leadership skills required for the role. Identify key
specialties, technical and knowledge areas necessary to accomplish responsibilities and desired results):
Good Analytical skill /knowledge
Knowledge of FSSC -22000 Auditing System
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):
Internal: Internal, R&D

Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the

? Knowledge of SAP
? Process Lab Instrument /Solution Calibrated as per Plan specified in FSSC-22000
Education/Experience (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills

experience):
? Masters/bachelor’s in food technology
? Basic computer Knowledge with minimum 2-5 Year experience in Oil & Fat or similar industries
